The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive at 3:30pm.

We would love to see everyone in semi-formal attire. For the ladies, the venue is on the grass so choose footwear accordingly.

As the venue is our home, parking is very limited. We kindly ask guests to arrange a ride or carpool where possible. Shuttle service will run between the Best Western in Cobourg and the venue for guests that need transportation to and from our event.

Shuttle will be picking guests up at the Best Western in Cobourg at 3pm. Pickup from the venue to return to Best Western will be at 10pm and 12am. We welcome all guests to utilize the shuttle service due to limited parking at our venue.

Yes! We will be having a buffet style dinner at 6pm. There will be chicken or roast beef, potatoes & side salads. Dessert to follow.

As much as we love your little ones, we are hoping to celebrate adults only.
